* Strip, mop, buff and wax vinyl floors in various buildings, utilize proper protective equipment
* Use the bonnet machine as well as the extractors to extract, disinfect, deodorize and clean carpets both routinely or on an emergency basis.
* Vacuum assigned hallways during the second shift in preparation for next day events.
* Performs major housekeeping duties including cleaning hallways, common areas, resident room floors, staircases, restrooms, dining rooms, central bathrooms, activity room, as well as draperies, furniture, verticals, screens and removes cobwebs from ceilings.
* Cleans emergency spills on carpet and vinyl floors immediately.
**Custodians** are responsible for working in accordance with the policies and procedures that are established to maintain a clean environment for the facility. **Your Contributions:**
