Position Type: Maintenance/Custodial/Custodian Date Posted: 8/19/2024 Location: Denver City ISD Custodian -Part Time/Special Events Primary Purpose: Provide cleaning and maintenance procedures before, after and during special events to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds during special events (athletic/school sponsored/after hours). Existing employees may not apply. Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenance Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies Availability: Successful candidate will be available after school hours and weekends to provide cleaning, clean-up and minor maintence before, during and after events.
