Custodian - Sioux Center CampusReports to: Director of HR/Finance/OperationsWage Classification: non-exempt Classification: Hourly, Part-Time ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOther duties may be assigned as discerned by the Lead Pastor.Sioux Center Campus:Cleaning: Primary custodial presence of the Sioux Center campus building. This includes all necessary cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, mopping, sanitizing, laundry of kitchen and cleaning cloths).Maintenance: Assist in minor building maintenance as needed.Groundskeeping: Responsible for the grounds clean up and upkeep, including seasonal tasks.Snow Removal: inform the appropriate snow removal crew for the sidewalks, parking lots and driveways of our Sioux Center campus. If snow removal crew is unavailable, responsible for clearing sidewalks to ensure members are able to safely enter and exit the building which may include the need to call additional help.Special Events: Responsible for set up and cleanup of events such as weddings, funerals, renters, Wednesday night meals, AWANA, etc. Communicate with renters for expectations, policies, etc.
