We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Custody System AVP to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, implement, and optimize custody business processes while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, gathering and documenting requirements.
+ Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate systems and enhance workflows.
+ Develop reports and provide insights to drive decision-making and ensure operational efficiency.
+ Supervise securities settlement processing, manage daily operations, and ensure accurate reconciliation.
+ Act as a liaison with vendors, supporting production and problem resolution.
+ Assist in project management, testing, and end-user training for system implementations.
+ Support risk management, compliance, and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in securities, banking, or client services, with a strong understanding of the securities industry and OFAC.
+ Proven ability to manage projects and implement process improvements.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
+ Mandarin Chinese proficiency (preferred).
+ Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management (CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
