With a solid reputation in the luxury home market, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Custom Home Construction Superintendent to oversee their high-end residential projects. Job Description: The Custom Home Construction Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects. This position is ideal for a professional with a passion for luxury home building and a strong background in residential construction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of custom home construction projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, plans, and specifications
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of project milestones
  • Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager and clients
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on custom homes
  • Proven ability to manage high-end custom home construction projects successfully
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
