They pride themselves on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are seeking a talented and experienced Custom Home Superintendent to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of custom home construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Work both in the field and the office to plan, execute, and oversee projects.
- Supervise subcontractors and trades to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom home construction.
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ custom home projects.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with construction management software.
- Ability to work in both field and office settings.
