Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager whose role focuses on ensuring customer success and satisfaction. This role demands a unique skill set, as you will serve as both the voice of the customer and an advocate for our products and services.
**Location:** Trenton, NJ
**Pay** : Up to 25 per hr
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day interactions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
+ Oversee order activities and achieve key deliverables to meet customer expectations and company objectives.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service management.
+ Make informed decisions aligned with financial objectives and customer satisfaction standards.
+ Ensure all activities comply with company goals regarding safety, compliance, and ethical conduct.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree preferred; High School diploma required.
+ Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience with a dedicated customer portfolio.
+ At least 3 years of B2B service management experience with a proven track record of building successful customer relationships.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
+ Experience in the distribution and/or chemical industry is desirable.
