From initial design concepts through aircraft integration and operation, our company provides the highest quality full-lifecycle support to our customers.We are looking for a knowledgeable, energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Account Representative to assist with commercial and military aerospace contracts. The Representative will be a key customer contact who represents Cox and our commitment to ensure fulfillment of contractual requirements.Requirements* Review, organize and enter all data from a customer's contract into our database* Coordinate customer demand and requests with interoffice departments to ensure all customer commitments are clearly reviewed and dispositioned.* Ability to review and understand contractual Terms & Conditions.* Ability to review costs and generate pricing per company procedures.* Reviewing contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policies (SOPs).* Perform other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelors in business, Finance or other related, preferred.* Years of Experience: 1 - 3 years.* Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with various functional groups at all levels, both internal and external.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel.* U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.Physical Requirements:* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Salary Description55,000 - 62,500 Annually
