- Accurately process customer orders, profiles, pricing and maintain records.
- Create and distribute shipping documents daily.
- Support sales with past-due accounts and deduction management.
- Serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts.
- Handle customer concerns and develop solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and special projects.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree with five years of customer service experience, or equivalent.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and shipping is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
