Summary/Objective
The Customer Advocate - Credit Reporting is responsible for monitoring the accuracy of ACAs credit bureau reporting and credit bureau dispute processes as outlined in ACAs Compliance Management Systems Credit Reporting Manual. The Customer Advocate does not involve direct interaction with customers. This role operates fully onsite in our Spartanburg, SC office.

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. with some schedule variations as needed.
