About the RoleAs a Customer and Partner Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in driving global demand and expansion through strategic partnerships and customer-focused marketing. This dual role includes collaborating with major technology partners like Salesforce, Microsoft, etc., while also developing marketing initiatives aimed at expanding and deepening engagement with existing customers. You will serve as the bridge between our organization, key partners, and our customer base, executing joint campaigns, driving expansion opportunities, and ensuring our marketing strategies resonate across all audiences worldwide. This role requires a strategic, growth-oriented mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills, ideally suited for a proactive marketer with a passion for the tech innovation.What You'll Do
- Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams, account management, customer success, and partner team, to create comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive demand generation. Define target audiences, messaging, and promotional strategies for joint activities across email, social media, webinars, and other channels.
- Customer Marketing Expansion: Create and execute global customer marketing campaigns aimed at expanding product adoption, deepening engagement, and driving upsell opportunities within the existing customer base. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales to identify customer segments and craft personalized strategies for retention and growth.
- Build strong relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders. This involves regular communication, collaborative planning, and understanding their marketing goals and priorities.
- Field Collaboration and Sales Support: Work with the sales team to identify and qualify leads generated through customer and partner marketing activities, ensuring a seamless handoff and consistent follow-up.
- Content creation: Collaborate on the development of compelling marketing content with Community Marketing, Corporate Marketing Team and Product Marketing, including email templates, landing pages, social media posts, and promotional materials that align with partner and customer needs.
- Track and report on performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all partner marketing activities related to events. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape in partner marketing and the tech industry. Share knowledge and insights with the team to continuously improve strategies.
Your Background
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, with a focus on driving demand with customers. Experience with partner marketing and working with major tech partners (like Salesforce, Microsoft, or AWS) is a strong plus.
- Integrated Marketing and Customer Lifecycle Management: Proven expertise in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid, email, in-app messages, etc.) and leveraging customer lifecycle marketing to engage and nurture customers at critical touchpoints, driving product adoption, retention, and growth.
- Tech Savvy: Extensive Salesforce and Marketo experience is a must.
- Content & Messaging: Proficiency in creating messaging and campaigns that resonate with specific customer pain points and objectives.
- Account-Based Marketing: Expertise in ABM strategies to develop highly targeted campaigns tailored to specific customer segments or individual accounts. Ability to align marketing efforts closely with sales and customer success teams for tailored approaches to expansion.
- Digital Platform Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and ABM Display) to execute multi-channel campaigns that increase engagement, encourage product adoption, and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills to work closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, Partner, and Support teams. Experience in orchestrating cross-functional campaigns that leverage insights from these departments to create impactful marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and using insights to optimize campaigns and measure ROI. Familiarity with customer health scores, usage metrics, and engagement analytics to proactively identify at-risk or expansion-ready accounts.

Base salary range: $90,000 - $134,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
