Were looking for Customer Care Advisors to work from home and at a call center in Jacksonville FL.
**Job Duties:**
* Handle customer calls efficiently and effectively, while providing exceptional customer service
* Accurately and promptly execute transactions, such as inquiries, complaints, etc.
* Identify customer needs through in-depth probing
* Solve customer problems using swift, sound judgments based on the facts of each situation
* Manage daily workflow within prescribed timeline and quality metrics
**Requirements:**
* 2-4 Years of previous call center experience; Call Center and Customer Service experience is required
* Willing to work in a call center environment with heavy telephone customer interaction
* Strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, empathetic, level-headed, composed, adaptable, and accountable
* Excellent customer service
* Solid Attendance During Training and Post Training (throughout the duration of assignment)
* Superior communication skills; Both verbal and written communication
* Effective listening, problem-solving, and negotiating required
* Proficient using CRM, computer, windows navigation, and internet
* Proven record of dependability with excellent time management and the ability to self-manage
* Proven ability to handle stressful situations and effectively manage a high-volume workload
**Education Requirement:**
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Special Notes:
* Must not owe money on utilities as this is a position with a utility provider. If eligible for this position, the candidate must pay any outstanding balances in full prior to onboarding
* Candidate must live within 45 minutes of the worksite, this a client requirement as they may be required to meet onsite.
**Training Environment:**
* Initial Training 5 Weeks in Duration (On-site Downtown Jacksonville)
* Must successfully complete training before assignment continues (Weekly Attendance and
* Performance during training will be reviewed)
* After successful completion of initial training, the role will transition to remote
**Work Environment:**
* Laptop provided
* Must have a workspace free of visual and audible distractions
* Client issued laptop and up to 2 monitors will be provided
* Candidate shall have access to the internet with at least 50 MBPS upload, and 10 MBPS download speeds (Candidate supplied internet and must have the router close enough to the workspace that they can plug the equipment in using an Ethernet cord)
* Headset/telephone connected required for 7.5 hours of an 8 hours workday
**Physical Requirements:**
* Sitting Up to 8 hours per day
* Typing Up to 8 hours per day
* Data Entry Up to 8 hours per day
**Other physical demands or notes:**
Should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing, or pulling in an awkward position. Outdoor walking in non-paved areas.
