The LAZ Parking Customer Care Center services customers across the United States. We are looking for a friendly, helpful individual to join our outstanding team. The Customer Care CSR provides exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls from parkers for assistance within our parking facilities. We assist in troubleshooting as well as handling concerns in a positive and professional manner. All our interactions with our parkers/customers are recorded and documented.
We have openings for second shift on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's. The minimum hour requirement per week for this role is 20 hours.
