Seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team for the position of Customer Care Associate.

Required Experience and Skills:

· Experience handling inbound customer calls

· Knowledge of payment processing and invoicing

· Experience with CRM systems

· Excels at engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting self-service tools

· Ability to provide outstanding customer support while encouraging the use of digital self-service platforms to streamline processes such as payments, invoicing, and account management

Preferred Experience and Skills:

· Bi-lingual in Spanish

· General knowledge of accounting

Customer Care Associate Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

· Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries and concerns about account balances, billing, and payment options.

· Take payments over the phone securely and assist customers in understanding their payment options.

· Educate customers on the benefits of using self-service tools to manage their accounts independently.

· Provide clear and concise responses to customer concerns about open balances and billing discrepancies.

· Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to customer accounts and ensure timely resolution.

· Track and log customer interactions, payment processing, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
