Customer Care Coordinator Full Time NEW Effectively handling incoming and outgoing customer telephone enquiries.
Communicating with and Coordinating sub-contractors.
Entering customer data via COINS database.
Support in the delivery of a great Customer experience
Review items from 3rd party out of hours contractors and coordinating follow up tasks
Ensure a Right First Time Approach is adopted.
Addressing all departmental incoming mail / email.
General office duties
Working effectively with internal departments (Construction, Sales, and Technical).
Delivering feedback on items raised, focus given to repeat issues and trends
Requisition of items required for works
Assisting coordinating internal trade diary.
Supporting customers with issues referred to their Warranty Provider (NHBC / LABC)
**Qualifications/Experience**
Previous experience in delivering a great customer experience is essential. History in house building would be useful, but not essential as full training will be given
**Skills**
Clear communicator with an ability to use positive language, Good time management skills / organized, Patience, Attentiveness / ability to listen, Confident telephone manner.
