Schedule for this position in Customer Service:

  • Monday-Thursday (Potential hours will be between 8a-7p)
  • Friday (8a-5p)
  • 1-2 Predetermined Saturdays a month (1st shift)

How you'll create impact:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls with customers and internal employees with a focus on providing exceptional care
  • Discuss services we have to offer and how they can help solve problems that our customers are experiencing with their homes
  • Schedule installation and service appointments for our sales and service departments
  • Accurately documenting discussions including notes and pictures associated with our customer's needs

What makes you stand out:

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills demonstrated through strong customer service experience. (Required: 2 years minimum of call center experience).
  • Must have a proven history of 3+years of customer service at the same company.
  • Must be driven, self starter and willing to 'do what it takes' to achieve goals.
  • A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. (Those with prior experience handling logistics, scheduling, and calendars preferred).
  • Must possess the ability to meet the requirements of a preemployment background check and drug screen.
  • Must have the ability to type a minimum of 35 words a minute.
  • Must have an excellent attendance record.
  • Enjoys working in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
