Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with new leads generated by outbound call programs to introduce and promote company products.
• Follow up on prospective and active clients, maintaining and reporting project statuses in the CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Listen to customer concerns, providing detailed product and service information.
• Present new products and services to customers and clients.
• Determine the most efficient way to respond to client inquiries.
• Escalate queries and issues as necessary and troubleshoot common problems.
• Take on additional projects as needed, demonstrating a strong work ethic and interest in the manufacturing industry.

• Sales Skills: Strong phone presence and experience in making frequent calls.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills for clear and effective communication.
