Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Requirements: Strong communication skills; be customer service oriented and knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience in an office setting and bilingual skills preferred.
Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference check.
