Hybrid - In Office Tuesday/Wednesday, Remote Monday/Thursday/Friday Contract-to-Hire - 12 month initial contract Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm Start Date - As soon as possible! Must Have: experience within a call center, and a background in solar, renewable, sustainable or other energy TL;DR: Position is responsible for handling incoming calls and returning missed calls, to support customer service related tasks, including lead processing and application processing, as well as reporting and rebate processing. Candidates should have call center experience (5+ years), be willing to work a hybrid schedule, and ideally have experience within the energy field, and experience using technologies including Microsoft Teams, Excel.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

+ Support program implementation through direct interaction with customers interested in energy efficiency services.

+ Perform administrative tasks directly related to the daily implementation and support of residential, commercial, and industrial energy efficiency programs.

+ Responsible for managing customer interactions including call activity, internet activity, and tracking system lead processing for residential and/or commercial/industrial customers as needed.

+ May also aid in reporting and rebate processing for energy efficiency programs.

+ May also provide administrative support to other areas of Energy Efficiency.
