**The Role:**

We are looking for an individual to join our Customer Care Department! As part of this fast-paced Department, you will handle incoming phone calls, including setting reservations and general assistance, for our Service Department customers. This position plays a critical role within the company, ensuring all Service Department customers of H&H are completely satisfied with our Service Departments.

* Complete incoming and outgoing phone calls to confirm customer reservations and provide service reminders.

* Update customer information in programs.

* Assist customers with providing past service history reports.

**What you bring to the table:**

* At least 1 year of general business experience preferred.

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Great computer/technology skills.

* Punctuality with minimal absences.

* High energy partnered with a positive attitude.

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* Business appropriate attire.

* Detail oriented.

* Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
