**Responsibilities and Duties:**

-Assist and engage with our customers via inbound calls

-Collaborates with out internal teams from other departments to ensure that customers receive excellent service at all touch points

-Researches product and order information for customers

**The best candidates will have at least 12 months of customer facing experience. You should also have:**

-The ability to multi-task and stay organized
