Positions Primary Objective: : Provide our customers great service from our office; schedule appointments for our sales people from the people calling our office; follow up on prospects to help our sales people fill their schedules; answer customer question when they call our offices. support office by doing several administrative tasks. Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls with prospective and current customers
- Schedule sales appointments and installations
- Make outbound calls to current customer database to schedule service
- Make posts on social media following our campaign
- Update content on our website using our widget tools
