More About the Position:

• Handles customer concerns, resolutions and damages that come in via phone and email
• Focuses on our home care club and being an advocate for the program
• Review home care club memberships, answer any customer related questions about the program and handle cancellations
• Welcome calls to new members and handles all member gifts
• Handle community service initiatives within the company

What Does It Take?:

• 2+ Years of Experience in a customer service-related profession
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has computer literacy skills including Microsoft products, especially Excel
• Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test and background check

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. This building is the first building you will see with the Thornton and Grooms trucks. We do have two buildings.

Parking: Please park in one of our two building lots only. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line faces away from Halsted (behind the skating rink), where our trucks are. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building and they will guide you on where to park.

Plan to be here around an hour and a half and we will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interview with a hiring manager.
