As we Serve with Integrity - Collaborate with Humility - Grow with Agility - Innovate with Impact.The Opportunity ...As a Customer Care Specialist, you will report to the Customer Care Manager.On a given day, you may:Enter orders for replacement parts and service.Respond to customer requests for parts and service and sending out quotes.Proactively solicit inquiries and orders from existing customers.Expedite customer orders, providing current status and shipping/tracking information.Update and maintain the ERP system.Have a solid technical knowledge of vehicle parts and services.Assist Accounts Receivable with specific collection issues related to customer orders.Requirements for the role:Associate degree (or equivalent); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Would be beneficial to be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical layout drawings.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Knowledge of ERP Systems; Syteline experience.Travel & Location:You will be fully onsite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
