Job Description:

- The Customer Service Specialist assists the Customer Service Team with the processing of claims using good judgement, video, and information from the locations to resolve claims in a timely and cost-effective manner- Fully trained in all facets of unlimited customer support/call queue and will float between the two roles depending on where they are needed the most- Provides automotive claims processing and resolution support for the customer service departmentWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. - Experience in automotive claims processing and resolution OR someone who comes from an auto repair/tech background and is open to moving into a claims role- Strong customer service background- Strong understanding of Microsoft products suite
