As a Customer Coordinator at Redd's Ace Hardware, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with top-notch service. This role offers the chance to learn valuable customer support skills, enjoy employee discounts, and receive paid training. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in finding products and providing product information.
  • Inform all associates of floor temperature. (Hot, Warm, Cold Floor)
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify Customer Types as they enter the store. (Mission, Browser, Project Customer)
  • Radio for additional customers to help customers as required.
  • Assist customers if all other associates are busy.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
