As a Customer Coordinator at Redd's Ace Hardware, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with top-notch service. - Assist customers in finding products and providing product information.
- Inform all associates of floor temperature. (Hot, Warm, Cold Floor)
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify Customer Types as they enter the store. (Mission, Browser, Project Customer)
- Radio for additional customers to help customers as required.
- Assist customers if all other associates are busy.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
