Customer Engagement Coordinator - Grand Rapids, MichiganDISHER is partnering with a motorcycle manufacturer in Grand Rapids, Michigan to fill their Customer Engagement Coordinator position. In this role, you will will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand experience by building and maintaining brand communication with riders and fans. You will be responsible for engaging with community across multiple touchpoints, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from pre-purchase to post-sale.What it's like to work here:This is a start-up motorcycle manufacturer in Grand Rapids with under 100 employees.     • Support direct to consumer sales with identifying interested customers, follow up, follow through, and sales activities
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and service center inquiries, feedback, and concerns
    • Aide in On-boarding activities for service centers as their Factory point of contact
    • Develop and nurture relationships with motorcycle owners, prospective buyers, and community members
    • Respond to customer questions across various platforms
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content
    • Represent company at trade shows, motorcycle rallies, and customer events, engaging directly with customers and building brand awareness
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a consistent, seamless, and exceptional customer experience
What will make you successful:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
    • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, community management, or a related field
    • Passion for motorcycles
    • Experience in social media management, digital content creation, or community engagement is a plus
