**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking Intelligence Advisors to support Government Task Managers in staffing multiple positions within defined AORs. The work is challenging, dynamic, and rewarding. The position requires an active Security Clearance with Polygraph. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The position requires prior experience in supporting HUMINT operations, intimate familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives, and an ability to be agile moving between corporate and Customer settings.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Twelve (12) years of experience working in the Intelligence Community in a core HUMINT role.
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of relevant work experience.
+ Demonstrated experience in cable writing and use of specific databases.
+ Excellent oral and written communications.
+ Experience with staffing requirements and willingness to support them.
+ Ability to mentor and promote candidates into new positions.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Certification in Customer basic tradecraft courses.
+ Experience serving overseas.
+ Experience with HR resolution.
+ Experience managing others.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
