Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21 and hour with weekly pay on Friday's
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Hybrid)

What's a typical day as a Customer Experience Agent? You'll be:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
- Managing key accounts and serving as the point of contact for clients
- Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
- Seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options
- Becoming an expert in the procurement of specimens
- Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries
- Serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
- Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans
- Providing ongoing support to the business development field team
- Managing opportunities in Salesforce
- Assisting with training new team members
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in science
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a client services position
- Have experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (a plus)
- Have a customer service-oriented attitude
- Have a commitment to quality
- Have the ability to problem solve
- Have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Are highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and attentive to detail
- Have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Have the ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment
- Are computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
