What's involved in this role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant at either of our Appleton, WI, Jerome, ID, or Lake Norden, SD locations.
* Generate, review, and validate weekly reports.
* Responsible for following protocol ensuring digital documentation is captured and supporting sales related workflows.
* Respond to customer questions regarding orders and documents.
* starting at $21.99/hour
* Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
What you need to join our team:
* Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience in a professional office environment required.
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, ability to clearly establish priorities and meet deadlines.
* Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.
* Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
