Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty. MUST HAVE 9:45 AM TO 6:30 PM AVAILABILITY. RETAIL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. MUST BE PASSIONATE ABOUT COMPUTERS AND ELECTRONICS. Completion of high school or the equivalent.
