Description

The Customer Experience Associate provides administrative support to our Leasing and Property Management Teams as well as the corporate office. When functioning as receptionist, you will handle a high volume of calls and be the Face of Boxer Property. Your professional presence and superior communication skills are essential to success in this position. This position will also be cross-trained to interact directly with prospective customers to schedule leasing tours for Leasing Agents across the nation. This is a dual role that may be at the reception desk or function performing prospect coordination, and must be flexible to do either and capable of doing both.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Answer the telephone promptly and greet visitors in a pleasant and professional manner

* Deal with inquiries in reception and maintaining a clean, tidy environment in the Corporate common areas

* Work as part of a Corporate Reception Team

* Transfer calls to the appropriate person and take clear messages with all of the relevant information if that person is not available

* Responsible for outgoing mail, posting and recording incoming mail when required; responsible for processing deliveries, handling and distributing faxes

* Provide information about the properties to the prospective customer; schedule visits to the properties

* Qualify prospects and determine which property meets the customers qualifications, if a specific property is not requested

* Develop an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the properties, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, lease expirations, square feet, etc.

* Help with initiated chats from website

* Follow-up on all dead leads on a monthly basis in an attempt to regain interest from the prospects

* All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience, Knowledge and Education:

* High School diploma or GED equivalent required; some sales experience preferred

* Consistent professional appearance

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a Plus

* Communicate in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner

* Excellent listening skills, grammar, spelling and proofreading skills

* Ability to demonstrated good commons sense and sound judgement

* Must have good administrative skills with experience in computer database input/management

* Requires working on own initiative, carrying out administration duties to a high standard; accuracy and speed of work is essential; must have the ability to time manage and multi task

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must

* A commitment to and advanced customer service skills to diplomatically communicate with customers and staff in a fast paced environment

* Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction

* Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
