Job Summary:
As a Customer Experience Representative at Trucordia, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support related to Commercial Line support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Receive, submit (where applicable), and follow-up on claims
* Diligence updating claims information within the system
* Gathering full information for policy changes, document requests, cancellations, and driver approvals (including obtaining the accompanying MVRresults, signature, documents, etc.
* Communicating and following-up on customer information requests from carriers
* Researching and responding to billing questions (when applicable)
* Issuing and following-up on Agency Bill invoices and payments
* Work with clients to quote new business, facilitate strategic renewals and re-market renewal requests
* Issuing bonds-Bookroll projects-Creating and / or verifying customer contact information (including mobile, email, and social media)
Qualifications:
* Valid state Property & Casualty License
* Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Technical proficiency with insurance agency management systems.
