- Manage high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and tact.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail.
Financial Management:
- Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including some collection activities.
- Support in financial reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Work closely with management to stay informed about new products, services, and policy changes.
- Relay important customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
General Duties:
- Assist with various program operations and special projects as assigned.
