About The Position:
James+James is hiring a Customer Experience Manager to manage our Customer Experience Team as well as our retail showroom in downtown Springdale.
We take our customers' experience from the first website or store visit to post-delivery follow-up very seriously, and we're looking for someone to help us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers with an authentic interaction with the company. This is a full-time position that will manage our four person CX team as well as be a design ambassador throughout Northwest Arkansas. The right high performing, motivated individual will drive our sales growth and contribute design expertise as our company continues to scale.
