Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed product/service information.
- Respond to inquiries related to billing, enrollments, and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries and provide information about services and products.
- Provide feedback on customer concerns to help improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Proficient in computer usage and basic software programs.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Stress tolerance and patience when dealing with challenging situations.
