Job Title: Customer Experience Representative
Bethel Farms is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Arcadia, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for prospective and current customers. They will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and following up with a customer once an order has been completed.
Responsibilities:
Field and service all direct customer inquiries and requirements, working in conjunction with the Customer Experience Manager and Vice President of Sales & Marketing to increase sales of products to customers in accordance with agreed strategies and business plans.
Respond to daily telephone and email inquiries from customers regarding requirements that include product information, pricing, services, and delivery information.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer issues.
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
