A Day in the Life
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be an important member of the Advanced Surgical Technologies Global Marketing team. You will assist in the planning and implementation of projects that support your Global Marketing team. You'll develop and deploy resources to simplify work, enhance alignment, and elevate the experience of external customers and internal stakeholders. You will support highly visible programs, including Global Luminary Surgeon program.
This individual contributor role calls for a team player with a positive roll-up-your-sleeves and get it done attitude who possesses strong drive, attention to detail, and structure. This role requires a growth-mindset, learning agility, and a drive for continuous improvement.
This position is based in either Lafayette, CO or North Haven, CT and is not open to remote.
Responsibilities include:
* Organizes, plans and executes operational support of Global Luminary Surgeon program to produce a best-in-class experience for the participating surgeons and regional marketers.
* Supports global marketers in the content review and approval process by ensuring submission compliance, providing progress visibility of key programs and appropriate escalation as needed.
* Manage design, organization, storage, and contents of Global Marketing SharePoint site
* Support the development of internal communications materials, including newsletters, Sharepoint resource center and commercial dashboards
* Consults with Communications leader to leverage communication channels to further strengthen strategic alignment, prioritization and execution
* Supports AST Commercial Program Manager in coordination and execution of top business initiatives.
* Supports designated marketing mentor to power up key initiative while learning and developing strong marketing fundamentals
* Travel up to 20%
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 0 years.
Nice to Have:
* 2+ years of business experience
* Has a strong attention to detail, bias for action and sense of urgency around execution
* Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently
* Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work cross-functionally
* Eagerness to advance Medtronic's Mission while growing with the company
* Exceptional verbal, written and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$78,400.00 - $117,600.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
