Job OverviewPrimary Purpose of the Job: Schedules trucks for outgoing freight, responsible for invoicing, sending BOL's and packing lists to customers, creates purchase orders for film and processes work orders.
DutiesIncludes, but not limited to the following:- Creating trucks and shipping logs.
- Scheduling pick-ups of freight.
- Putting together packets of samples for each order.
- Creating invoices for each shipment.
- Sending invoices, BOL's, and packing lists to the customer each day.
- Closing out the shipper.
- Correlating sales and shipped quantities with invoices.
- Creating sales orders from customer purchase orders.
- Allocating materials and placing film orders with vendors as necessary.
- Confirming accuracy of film and sales orders.
- Technical Data Entry.
- Filing paperwork.
- Answering phones.
- Performs other tasks/duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
