Account Management Maintains overall service relationship with customer inclusive of supply availability. Leads scorecard and goal alignment and recurring customer meetings. Oversight to Inventory allocation for promotions, special packs, displays, new item, discontinuations, and conversions. Collaboration with customer on key drivers of their orders within lead time; inclusive of abnormal demand analysis, evaluation of root cause and insight communication triggering changes as necessary. Order Management and Control Leverage order management tools through routine data investigation to allow for accurate execution of order control. Understanding ordering patterns and communicating forecast consumption to planning , DC and product allocation management relaying ordering impacts to customer. Analyze, deliver and process VMI order management system which can vary by account assignment.
