For 3 -6 months post-close, you will be the firm's primary point of contact for all activities.Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating new customer onboarding activities
  • Being the primary contact for all projects, issues and opportunities during the customer onboarding process
  • Diagnosing and resolving problems using internal resources and tools, business judgement and experience
  • Initiating escalation process for unresolved customer problems
  • Creating customized onboarding plan and documentation in conjunction with firms
Requirements
  • Have a Juris Doctor or equivalent legal experience
  • Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge
  • Be able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals
  • Be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Demonstrate experience developing and executing on account plans and coordinating key stakeholders to positively impact clients
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
