This position supports Stericycle's Commercial team by creating and maintaining all service, pricing, fee and price increase data in Stericycle's CRM and Invoicing systems for large, high-revenue accounts. This activity is critical for accuracy when onboarding multi-million dollar customers, maximizing revenue through correct contractual pricing adjustments and surcharges, and ensuring that Stericycle's equipment is retained in the event a large customer terminates their service. It is also critical for customer onboarding as contracts are renegotiated, as new locations are added, and to provide timely execution of requests to modify services and equipment for high-value accounts.Key Job Activities:Responsible for customer and contract creation through manual data entry, as well as through spreadsheet-based mass-data utilities.Accountable for validating all customer pricing and fee data as any changes are made to individual customer locations.Executes corrections on any inaccuracies discovered in customer contract data. Updates and maintains equipment records to ensure accurate order generation and invoicing. Must be able to deliver high volume of work with extreme accuracy.Is fluent (and remains current) in all service lines offered in Stericycle's Secure Information Destruction (SID) and Regulated Waste Compliance Services (RWCS) divisions in both the US and Canada, as well as every iteration of pricing methodology and fees for all Accounts.Responsible for editing data in multiple systems including Salesforce, SAP and Salesforce Dataloader.Receives, organizes and executes data projects. This includes pulling and comparing reports from CRM and other systems, interpreting that data on behalf of other partners, identifying and raising technical/system issues and communicating results and progress back to various partners.Maintains intake of project requests from various partners and provides feedback/status to those partners.Works with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.Education:Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or EquivalentExperience:Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business or communication or the equivalent in related work experience.One to four years of data analysis experience.Demonstrated experience in data management and CRM systems preferred.Demonstrates expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.Benefits:Stericycle currently offers its employees the option to participate in a full range of benefits, including a health care program which includes medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage, healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, an employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, a 401(k) plan, and an employee stock purchase plan.
