Customer Information Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining all customer data accounts and/or portfolio images in eoStar ensuring correct and current data/images are readily available to Andrews' team members. This role works as the customer data and/or portfolio images expert, systems operating logic expert and understands how changes affect the system and impact business operations. This role is part of the Finance, Accounting and Compliance team.
Here's more of what you will do:- Creates, updates and maintains customer data and/or portfolio images to ensure the highest level of accurate and usable retail data for the sales and support team to provide excellent customer service in market.
- Creates and updates retail account files and customer web order setup working with the customer and sales team members.
- Performs routine data audits to ensure data integrity.

- Maintains various account lists to ensure accuracy of data provided to the sales team.
- Works with Nielsen data resources to align market and consumer segment data.
- Complies and produces customer data and portfolio image reports as required.
- Maintains the CMS, eoStar and eoTouch systems to support sales team efficiency and access in market.
- Maintains department tools and resources, i.e., selling territories, Salesforce images, EoTouch surveys, etc.
- Identifies any gaps in systems and works towards problem resolution in collaboration with Leaders and team members.
- Provides regular updates regarding system opportunities and functionality.
- Creates and runs ad hoc account, activity and project performance reports on a weekly, monthly and as needed basis.
- Participates in other department projects and initiatives as required.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:- High School Graduate with some Business, Marketing or Other Related Field College Education
- Good Understanding of the Sales Industry
- Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proven Technical Aptitude; Ability to Learn New Technologies and Acquire Technical Skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Ability to maintain a sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time and operate computer equipment.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist is required for filing and general office duties.
- Exerts up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and/or negligible amount frequently to move office-related items or materials.
- Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating via email and preparing reports and other forms of documentation using company and industry software.
- Ability to speak, hear, and see is required to communicate with employees, and to operate computers and office machinery.
- Hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation skills are necessary to operate computers and various office equipment.
- Continual hand/wrist motion is required to operate computers and office machinery.
