We are seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to join our Customer Insights team! The analyst will be responsible for analyzing oral health data and conducting primary research to uncover customer needs and improve customer experience. The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $71,100.00 - $99,450.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $60,435.00 - $84,533.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.   • Own qualitative and quantitative research projects that explore customer behaviors, experiences, and brand perceptions from end to end.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies that address key strategic objectives across different phases of the customer lifecycle.
  • Uses various analytic tools (SQL, Tableau) to perform statistical analysis and visualization of customer and/or research data to build actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Create compelling visualizations of research data to clearly communicate insights to senior team members.
  • Synthesize customer feedback across multiple feedback funnels into actionable insights and recommendations to enhance product design, functionality, and the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and refine standard processes for survey design, deployment, and data analysis.
  • Performs ad hoc research and analysis as needed.
Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university and 2+ years of experience in hands on market research/consumer insights; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SSMS, SSRS, Snowflake)
  • Ability to build data visualizations (e.g., Tableau).
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling stories using multiple sources of data to provide actionable insights tailored to stakeholders' needs
  • Experience with statistical analytics techniques and using R or Python or a similar scripting language/tool for analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, showing initiative and self-motivation and a strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
