Summary

The Customer Marketing Associate will support the processes, implementation, execution, analysis, and measurement of Base Management strategies developed by the Marketing-Sr Mgr. This position will also be responsible for accessing all tools the area uses to perform analysis, presentations, and recommendations, such as Jira Atlassian, ThoughtSpot, Qualtrics, Unica, Pega, TAS, and Rapid SQL DB, among others.

Responsibilities/Duties

Support the development and implementation of key MKT strategies established by the Marketing-Sr Mgr, to achieve Base Management goals (Churn, Revenue/ARPU etc.) - 20%

Support Base Management strategies by creating, tracking, and monitoring the on-time development of all marketing initiatives, gather and analyze target data to help support business case creations, fulfill the established MKT processes such as in-take forms, briefs, and brand approvals, and lead the implementation strategy calendar to ensure on-time delivery of the initiatives. - 20%

Support the Marketing-Sr Mgr by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the accuracy of internal and external reports and target models (Data counts, Insights, missing jobs, incorrect primary objective, etc.). Support in identifying, communicating, and keeping records of the key factors that led to the success of the campaign results and those that were not beneficial for the campaign results, so that they can be avoided in the future. - 20%

Lead and collaborate with other departments to guarantee on-time implementation of Base Management initiatives. Conduct regular meetings with the different team members and MKT agencies to verify the status of the requests and make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results. 20%

Create and present materials to support the MKT initiatives across other areas as needed, to keep other teams in the loop of the deliverables progress, and to follow up on any issues or additional requirements. - 15%

Monitor and maintain an initiatives log to update the implemented marketing initiatives as needed. - 5%

While this person will not be directly responsible for financial budgets, the person will be supporting the Marketing-Sr Mgr in achieving the MKT goals with financial impact.

This person will be responsible for supporting processes to implement Base Management activities, following departmental and company procedures, and being legally compliant.

This person will be responsible for minor day-to-day operating decisions regarding his/her main areas of responsibility and can recommend changes arising from these activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the telecommunication Industry;
  • Preferred majors in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or Industrial Engineering or related field;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, and Communications preferred;
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data and complex business processes;
  • Must have creative, analytical, and people skills;
  • Must have organization and planning skills;
  • Must have communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Spanish, preferably;
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret market research studies and data;
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents;
  • Ability to effectively present information;
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across a range of people internally and externally;
  • Ability to operate in a multi-task environment;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Sense of urgency;
  • Ability to solve conflicting situations;
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritization;
  • Computer knowledge (G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required;
  • Spanish is a plus;
