Job DescriptionThe Marketing Manager-wholesale develops marketing and communication strategies, plans and executes marketing campaigns/product launches, leads the design and production of marketing materials, and drives the ongoing marketing and advertising needs for key distribution partners and plumbers in the wholesale channel. This role will work closely with the sales, product management, training, research, and brand teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans targeted to plumbers.This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA.Responsibilities
- Serve as marketing lead supporting key wholesale accounts.
- Engage with marketing or other designated contacts at distributors to develop and execute marketing strategies to grow portfolio sales through wholesale channel.
- Support NPI product adoption, better grade mix, key product categories, and other initiatives.
- Develop & customize digital, print, social, POP, and other marketing materials.
- Brand stewardship: protect and support brand identity and messaging.
- Manage external advertising agencies and partners.
- Manage vendor relationships and contractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Previous experience with Customer Marketing or Digital Marketing is strongly preferred.
HOW TO STAND OUT:
- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Sales, marketing, or HVAC / Water Heating industry experience preferred.
- Experience in wholesale marketing in durable goods a plus.
- Success in driving the go-to-market strategy for product launches.
- Success in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, and budgets.
- Certifications and ongoing skills development in the marketing field
