JOB DESCRIPTION: Join us for the Summer 2025 Internship Program! As a Customer Marketing Management Intern, you will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies focused on customer retention, advocacy and expansion. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and marketing within a dynamic team environment.What you'll do:
  • Assist in using data analytics to track customer advocacy and engagement, helping to refine marketing strategies.
  • Support the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns through various channels such as email, social media, and digital ads.
  • Participate in managing customer engagement initiatives, including advisory boards and newsletters.
  • Contribute to customer training programs and support customer engagement activities for conferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Education, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Learning Opportunities:
  • Gain practical experience in customer marketing with a focus on retention, advocacy, and expansion strategies.
  • Develop skills in data analysis and its application in marketing decision-making.
  • Experience collaborative work across various teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Who you are:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in customer engagement and customer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
