Job Description:

FMX is seeking a motivated and collaborative Customer Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer engagement and increasing product adoption through targeted upsell and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for crafting engaging email content, supporting product enablement efforts, and working on a variety of product-focused initiatives to enhance the customer journey. This position reports to the Manager, Campaign Marketing, and works closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to ensure seamless collaboration across teams. Responsibilities:

As the Customer Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Help to develop and execute customer marketing campaigns aimed at increasing upsell opportunities and product adoption.
  • Craft and optimize customer-facing emails, ensuring messaging aligns with product updates, features, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create enablement materials that drive product engagement and help customers realize the full value of FMX.
  • Support product-focused initiatives by developing customer-centric marketing materials such as case studies, how-to guides, and customer newsletters.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of customer campaigns, using data insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer success and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on customer communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of customer-focused events and webinars.

Requirements

Preferred Experience & Qualities: What are we looking for in this role?:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer marketing, customer success, or a similar role with a focus on customer engagement and marketing.
  • Experience crafting engaging email content and managing email campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and customer success practices is a bonus.

Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this position is expected to be $60,000-70,000. This position is also eligible for the Company Performance Bonus.
  • 401(k) and medical / dental / vision insurance
