Job Description

* Provide primary logistics and operational support to the customers of Tower Semiconductor U.S.A. sites. Also, provide key support to the customer account manager, sales, operations, finance, maskcad and quality to ensure that all customer requirements are met. Primary functions will include order management from start to end, product delivery, wafer inventory control, invoicing, material management, forecast analysis when applicable and suggest corrective actions.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities (may include some of the following):

* Support customer contract administration.

* Team with the customer account manager/production control to verify revision, PO pricing (when pricing is documented in quotes), dates and special requests.

* Facilitate timely order entry, acknowledgments, shipments and invoicing. Support all customers' requested shipping location changes and expedite.

* Enter all sales orders and communicate order acknowledgements in a predetermined set time not to exceed 72 hours.

* Work with PC to ensure orders are committed in timely fashion and customer response is provided promptly.

* Use professional concepts to solve semi-complex problems requiring creative solutions and an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Accountability/Discretion

* Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data. Able to prioritize workload with guidelines provided.

Working Relationships

* Interface regularly with customer account manager, Sales, Operations, Quality, Finance and Production Control.

Supervision

* No direct reports

Working Conditions

* Work in standard office environment in Newport Beach. Travel periodically to San Antonio location or customer locations. This position is exempt so it is expected that customer gets responses in a timely fashion. Tower Semiconductor is a global company therefore may require meetings during non-standard business hours.

This Job Is For You If

* You can team with the customer account manager/production control to verify revision, PO pricing (when pricing is documented in quotes), dates and special requests.

* Ensure wafers start in the FAB per customers' needs.

* Insure correct tax status is implemented for all customer deliveries. Monitor and confirm ship alert accuracy.

* Comply with company's export and ITAR policies and assist company personnel in getting required information from customers.

* You can manage all customer production lots and assist in fulfilling Tower Semiconductor current or future quarterly revenue numbers.

* You can monitor customer WIP inventory daily to insure commit dates are on schedule; communicate to the customer if lots are late or scrapped. Primary focus will be on production lots.

* You can play a supportive role in assisting the customer achieving revenue forecast for each quarter.

* You can generate material and customer masters as needed in SAP.

* You can support MPW and customer engineering activities, which requires working with customer account manager.

* You can provide required WIP reports, OSD reports and attend calls with customers as required.

Job Requirements

* One or more year's experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment with understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flow and supply chain logistics of the semiconductor industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledge of SAP and Office applications (primarily excel) essential.

* Education/Licenses/Certifications/Other Requirements

* Bachelor degree preferred. AA degree a must.
