We're taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us?What's the position?We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Profiling - Team Leader to join our team. As a Customer Profiling Team Lead, you will report to the Senior Manager - Customer Optimization and be responsible for coaching and supervising a team of Sportsbook Optizmation analysts; whose roles are to execute and drive improvement in our strategy for customer profiling and segmentation, detecting coordinated trading patterns, offering behavioural insights, awareness of pricing dynamics, how margin is applied and the identification of in-play strategies. There will be extensive collaboration with sportsbook ops, risk, VIP and BI teams.What are we looking for?We are looking for sports betting experience, ideally with some level of supervisory or coaching experience. You will be data led and have a key eye for detail, offering your knowledge and views on ways to improve tasks, workflow, and productivity.
  • Have considerable experience in the trading function of a top tier sportsbook, preferably in a customer profiling role
  • Training - Previous experience of onboarding team members and continual development plans and upskilling of the team
  • Strong communication - experience in leading the team discussions and working closely with senior managers/directors when required.
  • 1-2-1s - Conduct 1-2-1s with direct reports, ensuring KPIs and team strategic objectives are being met at an individual level.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, back office customer management tools, Amplitude and Tableau. Snowflake proficiency preferred.
